Florida has one of the largest marketplace enrollments in the country, and with the enhanced subsidies expired many Tampa households are paying full price for the first time. For healthy people above the subsidy range, a private, medically underwritten PPO plan is usually the better deal. For anyone with a condition that private carriers decline, the marketplace is guaranteed and I handle the enrollment.
